Statement on the Launch of the New Electronic Filing Systemއައު އިލެކްޓްރޮނިކް ފައިލިން ސިސްޓަމް ފެށުމާ ބެހޭ ބަޔާން
The Supreme Court issues a statement on the upcoming launch of the electronic case filing system.އިލެކްޓްރޮނިކް ކޭސް ފައިލިން ސިސްޓަމް ފެށުމާ ބެހޭގޮތުން ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓުން ބަޔާނެއް ނެރެފި.
The Supreme Court of Maldives has confirmed that the new electronic case filing system will go live on 1 July 2025. The system, developed over 18 months, replaces legacy paper-based filing procedures.
All legal practitioners must register on the new portal by 30 June 2025. Registration details and user guides are available on the court website.

ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓުގެ އައު އިލެކްޓްރޮނިކް ކޭސް ފައިލިން ސިސްޓަމް 2025 ޖުލައި 1 ން ފެށިގެން ބޭނުންކުރަން ފަށާނެކަން ކަށަވަރުކޮށްދީފިއެވެ. 18 މަސް ދުވަހުގެ މުއްދަތެއްގައި ތައްޔާރުކުރެވުނު މި ސިސްޓަމުން ކުރީގެ ކަރުދާސް މެދުވެރިކޮށް ފައިލްކުރާ އުޞޫލުތައް ބަދަލުކުރާނެއެވެ.
ހުރިހާ ޤާނޫނީ ވަކީލުން 2025 ޖޫން 30 ގެ ކުރިން އައު ޕޯޓަލްގައި ރަޖިސްޓަރީ ކުރައްވަން ޖެހޭނެއެވެ. ރަޖިސްޓަރީ ކުރުމުގެ ތަފްޞީލްތަކާއި ބޭނުންކުރާނެ ގޮތުގެ ގައިޑްލައިންތައް ކޯޓުގެ ވެބްސައިޓުން ލިބެން ހުންނާނެއެވެ.
ޓެކްނިކަލް އެހީތެރިކަން ބޭނުންވާ ފަރާތްތަކުން ކޯޓުގެ ރަޖިސްޓްރީއަށް registry@supremecourt.gov.mv މެދުވެރިކޮށް ގުޅުއްވުން އެދެމެވެ.
