މި މައްސަލައަކީ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ނަންބަރު 2015/HC-A/79 ގަޟިއްޔާ ނިންމާފައިވަނީ އިސްލާމީ ޝަރީޢަތުގެ އަސްލުތަކާއި ޤާނޫނުތަކާ ޚިލާފަށް ކަމަށް ބުނެ، އިސްތިއުނާފު ކުރާ ފަރާތް ކަމަށްވާ ޝަމީމް ޢަބްދުﷲ އަބޫބަކުރުގެ ފަރާތުން ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ހުށަހަޅާފައިވާ މައްސަލައެކެވެ.This Case was submitted to the Supreme Court of the Maldives by the appellant (Shameem Abdulla Aboobakur) stating that، the Judgment of High Court case number 2015/HC-A/79، was erroneous and contrary to the principles of Shariah and laws.
