About Practice Directionsޕްރެކްޓިސް ޑިރެކްޝަންތަކާ ބެހޭ

Practice Directions are issued under the authority of the Chief Justice and are binding on all parties appearing before the Supreme Court. They supplement the Supreme Court Rules and must be read together with them.ޕްރެކްޓިސް ޑިރެކްޝަންތައް ނެރިފައިވަނީ އުއްތަމަ ފަނޑިޔާރުގެ ބާރު ދަށުންނެވެ. ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ހާޒިރުވާ ހުރިހާ ފަރާތަކަށް ލާޒިމްވެ ، ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓު ގަވާޢިދާ ތެދުވެ ކިޔާ ދެ ލިޔެކިޔުމެކެވެ.
