About Rulings:ނިންމުންތަކާ ބެހޭ: Rulings are formal determinations issued by the Court (or the Chief Justice) on specific procedural or administrative matters. They do not constitute judgments in contested cases but carry binding effect on the conduct of proceedings.ވަކި އަމަލީ ނުވަތަ އިދާރީ ކަންތައްތަކުގައި ކޯޓު (ނުވަތަ އުއްތަމަ ފަނޑިޔާރު) ނެރެއްވާ ރަސްމީ ނިންމުންތަކެވެ. މިއީ ދަޢުވާގެ ޙުކުމް ނޫނަސް، ޝަރީއަތް ހިންގުމަށް ލާޒިމް އަސަރު ލިބިގެންވެއެވެ.
