This case was submitted to the Supreme Court of the Maldives by Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA), alleging that the High Court verdict was adjudicated in contradiction to Sharia and Laws.މޯލްޑިވްސް އިންލެންޑް ރެވެނިއު އޮތޯރިޓީ (މީރާ) އިން އެ މައްސަލަ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ގެންގޮސްފައި ވަނީ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ހުކުމަކީ ޝަރީޢާ އާއި ގާނޫނާ ހިލާފު ހުކުމެއް ކަމަށް ބުނެ އެވެ.
ADK Enterprises Pvt Ltd brought this case to the Supreme Court asserting that the judgment of the High Court contravened the provisions of the Tax Administration Act (Law Number: 3/2010) and precedents established by previous decisions of the Supreme Court.އޭޑީކޭ އެންޓަޕްރައިސަސް ޕްރައިވެޓް ލިމިޓެޑުން އެ މައްސަލަ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ހުށަހެޅީ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ނިންމުމަކީ ޓެކްސް ނެގުމާބެހޭ އިދާރީ ގާނޫނު (ގާނޫނު ނަންބަރު: 3/2010) އާއި ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓުގެ ކުރީގެ ހުކުމްތަކާ ހިލާފު ނިންމުމެއް ކަމަށެވެ.
