This case was filed at the Supreme Court of the Maldives by Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives, alleging that the High Court verdict was adjudicated in contradiction to Sharia and Laws.އެލައިޑް އިންޝުއަރެންސް ކޮމްޕެނީ އޮފް ދަ މޯލްޑިވްސް އިން ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް މައްސަލަ ހުށަހެޅީ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ނިންމުމަކީ ޝަރީޢާ އާއި ގާނޫނާ ހިލާފު ނިންމުމެއް ކަމަށް ބުނެ އެވެ.
