This Case was submitted to the Supreme Court of the Maldives by the appellant (Araam Travel Private Limited) stating that, the Judgement of High Court case number 2016/HC-A/186, was erroneous and contrary to the principles of Shariah and laws.މި މައްސަލައަކީ، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ހައިކޯޓުގެ 2016/HC-A/186 ނަންބަރު ޤަޟިއްޔާގެ ޙުކުމަކީ ޝަރީޢަތާ އަދި ޤާނޫނާ ޚިލާފަށް އަދި ގޯސްކޮށް ކޮށްފައިވާ ޙުކުމެއް ކަމަށް ބުނެ އަރާމް ޓްރެވަލް ޕްރައިވެޓް ލިމިޓެޑްގެ ފަރާތުން ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ޙުށަހެޅި މައްސަލައެކެވެ.
