The Supreme Court of the Maldives is committed to open justice and supporting responsible media coverage of court proceedings.މޯލްޑިވްސް ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓު، ހުޅުވެރި އަދުލާއި، ކޯޓުގެ ޝަރީޢަތްތައް ޒިންމާވެރިކަމާއެކު ރިޕޯޓްކުރުމަށް މީޑިއާ ތަރައްޤީކުރުމަށް ވަރުގަންނަވާނެއެވެ.
These guidelines apply to all media representatives, journalists, bloggers, and broadcasters attending or reporting on matters before the Court. Photography & Filmingފޮޓޯ އަދި ފިލްމިން
- Photography and filming inside the courtroom require prior written permission from the Registrar.ކޯޓު ތެރޭގައި ފޮޓޯ އަޅާލުމާއި ފިލްމިން ކުރުމަށް، ރަޖިސްޓްރާގެ ލިޔުންތެރި ކުރިން ހުއްދަ ލިބިގަތްނެވެ.
- Only authorised media may film proceedings, subject to conditions set by the presiding Justice.ހުއްދަ ލިބިފައިވާ މީޑިއާ މައްސަލަ ބަލަމުންދާ ފަރާތުން ކަނޑައަޅާ ޝަރުޠުތަކަށް އަންގާފައިވާ، ޝަރީޢަތް ފިލްމް ކުރެވޭ.
- Photography of parties, witnesses, or members of the public without consent is prohibited.ފަރާތްތަކާއި، ހެކި ދޭނީންނާއި، ޢާންމު ޖަމާޢުންގެ ފޮޓޯ އެއްބަސްކަމެއް ނެތި އަޅާލުން މަނާކުރެވިފައިވާކަމެވެ.
- Flash photography is not permitted in any court area.ކޯޓުގެ ކޮންމެ ތަނެއްގައި ފްލެޝް ފޮޓޯ އަޅާލުން ހުއްދަ ނުކުރެވޭ.
Audio Recordingއޯޑިއޯ ރިކޯޑިން
- Audio recording of court proceedings is prohibited except where expressly permitted by the Court.ކޯޓު ސޯއްޔަތުތައް އޯޑިއޯ ރިކޯޑް ކުރުން، ކޯޓުން ސާފުކޮށް ހުއްދަ ދިން ތަނެއްގައި ނޫނީ މަނާކުރެވިފައިވާކަމެވެ.
- Press conferences held by the Supreme Court may be audio recorded.ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓުން ބޭއްވާ ޕްރެސް ކޮންފަރެންސްތައް އޯޑިއޯ ރިކޯޑް ކުރެވޭ.
- Recordings of live-streamed hearings may be published only with attribution to the Supreme Court.ލައިވް ސްޓްރީމް ކުރެވޭ ޝަރީޢަތްތައް ރިކޯޑް ކުރެވިފައިވާ ތަކެތި، ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ނަސްބު ކުރައްވައި ހާމަކުރުމަށް ހުއްދަ ދެވޭ.
Live Streaming & Broadcastލައިވް ސްޓްރީމް އަދި ބްރޯޑްކާސްޓް
- Live streaming is available for designated hearings via the Supreme Court website.ޚާއްޞަ ކުރެވިފައިވާ ޝަރީޢަތްތަކަށް ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓުގެ ވެބްސައިޓް މެދުވެރިކޮށް ލައިވް ސްޓްރީމް ލިބިގަތެވެ.
- Third-party live broadcasting of proceedings requires advance accreditation and approval.ތިސް ފަރާތްތަކުން ޝަރީޢަތް ލައިވް ބްރޯޑްކާސްޓް ކުރުމަށް، ކުރިން އެކްރެޑިޓޭޝަނާއި ހުއްދަ ލިބިގަތްނެވެ.
- Broadcast media must not edit recordings in a way that misrepresents the Court's proceedings.ބްރޯޑްކާސްޓް މީޑިއާ، ކޯޓުގެ ޝަރީޢަތް ގޯސްކޮށް ބަޔާންކުރާ ގޮތަށް ރިކޯޑިންތައް އެއްބަސްކަމެއް ނެތި ބަދަލު ނުކުރެވޭ.
Reporting Standardsރިޕޯޓިންގްގެ މިންވަރު
- Media should accurately report the Court's judgments and not misstate the ratio or orders.މީޑިއާ، ކޯޓުގެ ހުކުމްތައް ރަނގަޅަށް ރިޕޯޓްކުރުމާއި، ހުކުމުގެ މައިގަނޑު ނުވަތަ އަމުރުތައް ގޯސްކޮށް ނުބަޔާންކުރުމަށް ބޭނުންވާކަމެވެ.
- Sub-judice matters must be reported with care to avoid prejudicing ongoing proceedings.ޝަރުޢީ ގޮތުން ބަލަމުންދާ މައްސަލަތައް، ކުރިއަށް ދިޔަ ޝަރީޢަތްތަކަށް ގެއްލުމު ނުޖެހޭ ގޮތުން ރިޕޯޓްކުރުމަށް ސަމާލުކަން ބޭނުންވާކަމެވެ.
- Identity of children, victims, and protected parties must not be published.ކުޑަކުދިންނާއި، ގެއްލުމު ލިބިފައިވާ ފަރާތްތަކާއި، ހިމާޔަތްކުރެވިފައިވާ ފަރާތްތަކުގެ ހޮވިލު ހާމަކުރުން މަނާކުރެވިފައިވާކަމެވެ.
- Court orders prohibiting publication must be strictly observed.ހާމަކުރުން މަނާކުރާ ކޯޓުގެ އަމުރުތައް ބޮޑަށް ބަރޯގާކުރުމަށް ބޭނުންވާކަމެވެ.
