Inauguration of the Judicial Yearޤަޟާއީ އަހަރު 2026 އިފްތިތާހް ކުރުން
The Judicial Year 2026 was inaugurated on 8 February 2026 at 20:30 pm at the Center for Higher Secondary Education in Uppsala. Mohammed Muizzu. The long service awards were presented to the judges and staff who have served the judiciary for more than 30 years with competence and sincerity in discharging their responsibilities and duties. 13 judges and 94 employees received the award. This is the first year that the awards have been given to judges who have served in the judiciary.
Nine awards were presented to recognize those who have provided assistance to the judiciary in various fields.
ޤަޟާއީ އަހަރު 2026 އިފްތިތާހުކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން، 2026 ފެބުރުވަރީ 8 ވަނަ ދުވަހުގެ ރޭ 20:30ގައި ހުޅުމާލެ ސެންޓަރ ފޮރ ހަޔަރ ސެކަންޑަރީ އެޑިއުކޭޝަންގައި ބޭއްވި ރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި ޤަޟާއީ އަހަރު 2026 އިފްތިތާހް ކޮށްދެއްވީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިއްޒަތްތެރި ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ޑރ. މުޙައްމަދު މުޢިއްޒެވެ. މި ރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓުގެ ފަނޑިޔާރުންނާއި، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ފަނޑިޔާރުންނާއި ސުޕީރިއާ ކޯޓުގެ ޤާޟީންނާއި މެޖިސްޓްރޭޓް ކޯޓުގެ މެޖިސްޓްރޭޓުން ބައިވެރިވެވަޑައިގެންނެވިއެވެ.
ޤަޟާއީ ބަޔާން އިއްވަވައިދެއްވަމުން، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އުއްތަމަފަނޑިޔާރު އޮނަރަބަލް ޢަބްދުލްޣަނީ މުޙައްމަދު ފާއިތުވި އަހަރު ޝަރުޢީދާއިރާއިން ހާސިލުކޮށްފައިވާ ކާމިޔާބީތަކާއި ދިމާވި ގޮންޖެހުންތަކާއި މި ފެށުނު ޤަޟާއީ އަހަރު ޝަރުއީ ދާއިރާއިން ހާސިލު ކުރެއްވުމަށް ތަޞައްވަރުކުރައްވާފައިވާ ކަންކަން ހިއްސާކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އެގޮތުން، ކޭސް ކްލިއަރެންސް ރޭޓަށް 2024 ވަނަ އަހަރަށް ވުރެ %11ގެ ކުރިއެރުމެއް 2025 ވަނަ އަހަރު ހޯދާފައިވާކަން އެ މަނިކުފާނު ފާހަގަ ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.
2026 ވަނަ އަހަރު އެންމެ އިސްކަމެއް ދެއްވައިގެން ކުރިއަށް ގެންދަވާނޭ އެއް މަސައްކަތަކީ އެއް އަހަރު ދުވަހަށްވުރެ ދިގުމުއްދަތެއް ފާއިތުވެފައިވާ 13،032 މައްސަލަތައް އަވަސް ކުރުމަށް ވަކި ޚާއްޞަ ޓާސްކް ފޯހެއް ކަނޑައަޅުއްވައިގެން، މައްސަލަ ކުރިއަށްނުދާ ސަބަބު ހޯދައި، އެ މައްސަލަ ކުރިއަށް ގެންދިއުމުގެ މަގު ފަހިކޮށްދިނުންކަމަށް ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އުއްތަމަފަނޑިޔާރު އޮނަރަބަލް ޢަބްދުލްޣަނީ މުޙައްމަދު ޤަޟާއީ ބަޔާނުގައި ފާހަގަ ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.
ޝަރަފުވެރިކަމާއެކު ފަނޑިޔާރުކަމުން ރިޓަޔަރވެ ވަޑައިގެންފައިވާ ފަނޑިޔާރުން، ޝަރުޢީ ދާއިރާއަށް ކޮށްދެއްވި ޚިދުމަތުގެ އަގު ވަޒަންކޮށް ޝަރަފު އެރުވުމުގެ ގޮތުން ފާއިތުވެދިޔަ އަހަރުގެ ތެރޭގައި ޝަރަފުވެރިކަމާއެކު ފަނޑިޔާރުކަމުން ވަކިވެވަޑައިގެންފައިވާ 5 ފަނޑިޔާރަކު މި ރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި ތަކްރީމް ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އެއީ؛

ޝަރުޢީ ދާއިރާގެ ޚިދުމަތުގައި ތިއްބެވި ފަނޑިޔާރުންނާއި މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ތެރެއިން މަޤާމުގެ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތުތަކާ ވާޖިބުތައް އަދާކުރުމުގައި ޤާބިލުކަމާ އިޚްލާސްތެރިކަމާއެކު 30 އަހަރަށްވުރެ ގިނަ ދުވަހު ޚިދުމަތްކޮށްދެއްވާފައިވާ ފަނޑިޔާރުންނާ މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ޚިދުމަތުގެ އަގުވަޒަންކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން މި ރަސްމިއްޔާތުގައި އެ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ޝަރުޢީ ދާއިރާއަށް ދިގު މުއްދަތަކަށް ޚިދުމަތްކުރުމުގެ އިނާމުވަނީ އަރުވާފައެވެ. އެގޮތުން 13 ފަނޑިޔާރަކާއި 94 މުވައްޒަފަކަށް މި އިނާމު ލިބިފައިވެއެވެ. ޝަރުޢީދާއިރާގެ ޚިދުމަތުގައި ތިއްބެވި ފަނޑިޔާރުންގެ ހިދުމަތުގެ މުއްދަތުގެ އަގުވަޒަންކޮށް އިނާމު ދިން މިއީ ފުރަތަމަ އަހަރެވެ.
ޝަރުއީ ދާރިރާއަށް އެކި ރޮނގުރޮނގުން އެހީތެރިކަން ފޯރުކޮށްދެއްވާފައިވާ ފަރާތްކަށް އަގުވަޒަން ކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން 9 ފަރާތަކަށް އެވޯޑް ދީފައިވެއެވެ.
