Uza. Aisha Shujune Muhammad sworn in as judgeއަލްއުސްތާޛާ ޢާއިޝާ ޝުޖޫން މުޙައްމަދު ޤާޟީކަމުގެ ހުވާކުރައްވައިފި
Judge Aisha Shujune Muhammad, who was appointed to the Civil Court in accordance with Article 150 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Maldives, took oath before the Chief Justice of the Maldives.
The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Supreme Court of the Maldives on 22 January 2009 at 13:10. She was sworn in by High Court Judge Uz. Adam Mohammed Abdullah.
ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާގެ ޤާނޫނުއަސާސީގެ 150 ވަނަ މާއްދާއާ އެއްގޮތްވާ ގޮތުގެ މަތީން، މަދަނީ ކޯޓަށް ޢައްޔަންކުރެވުނު ޤާޟީ އަލްއުސްތާޛާ ޢާއިޝާ ޝުޖޫން މުޙައްމަދު މަޤާމާ ޙަވާލުވެ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އުއްތަމަ ފަނޑިޔާރުގެ ކުރިފުޅުމަތީ ހުވާކުރައްވައިފިއެވެ.
ހުވާކުރުމުގެ ރަސްމިއްޔާތު އޮތީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސުޕްރިމް ކޯޓުގައި 22 ޖެނުއަރީ 2009 ވަނަ ދުވަހުގެ 13:10 ގައެވެ. މަޤާމުގެ ހުވާލައިދެއްވީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ފަނޑިޔާރު އަލްއުސްތާޛު އާދަމް މުޙައްމަދު ޢަބްދުﷲ އެވެ.
