3. Legal Basis for Processingބެލެހެއްޓުމުގެ ޤާނޫނީ އަސާސް
The Supreme Court processes personal data on the basis of the Maldives Right to Information Act, the Electronic Transactions Act, and applicable data protection legislation. 4. Data Retentionޑޭޓާ ރައްކާކުރުން
Court records and filings are retained in accordance with the judicial records management policy and applicable legislation. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Server access logs are retained for 6 months.ކޯޓު ރެކޯޑްތަކާއި ހުށަހެޅުންތައް، ޝަރުޢީ ރެކޯޑް ބެލެހެއްޓުމުގެ ޕޮލިސީއާއި ލާޒިމްވާ ޤާނޫނުތަކާ އެއްގޮތަށް ރައްކާކުރެވެއެވެ. ގުޅުންތަކުގެ ފޯމް ހުށަހެޅުންތައް 12 މަސް ރައްކާކުރެވެއެވެ. ސާވަރ އެކްސެސް ލޮގްތައް 6 މަސް ރައްކާކުރެވެއެވެ.
